Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, by direct debit, PayPal, Paydirekt or credit card.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

Delivery takes place within Germany and other EU countries.

Deliveries to other EU countries: €6.50.
Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
Download products can be downloaded via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for executing the download will be sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
