The KFZ Marburg
Diversity. Tolerance. Commitment. Since 1976.
The "Kultur- und Freizeitzentrum Marburg (KFZ) e.V." - KFZ for short - was founded in 1976 and is the oldest socio-cultural centre in Hesse and the largest in Marburg.
The KFZ team organises over 300 events every year - from concerts, cabaret, theatre and cabaret to readings, exhibitions, discussions, lectures and parties. Around 60,000 visitors come to the KFZ every year. The KFZ also provides a stage for many artists, associations, groups and initiatives.
The KFZ team
The KFZ team consists of 17 full-time employees, 2 trainees, 4 voluntary workers and over 100 volunteers. We all work together at the KFZ. Volunteers form the basis of our events. We sit at the entrance, serve at the counter, contribute ideas, get involved in working groups and are a large, colourful team that enjoys coming together.
You are also very welcome to join our team!
